Green Hill Condominiums is a friendly community of 543 condominium apartments situated on 23 beautifully wooded and landscaped acres in Wynnewood, PA. The Green Hill Condominiums is managed by First Services Management Company, under the oversight of the Green Hill Board of Directors. We are currently seeking people to join our House keeping team.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and working in an outdoor, fun environment? Join our team as a Pool Associate for the summer! As a Pool Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all pool guests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in hospitality, recreation, and guest services!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet pool guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
• Assist with maintaining pool cleanliness and hygiene (cleaning poolside, lounge areas, etc.).
• Set up and take down pool equipment and furniture.
• Answer guest inquiries and assist with pool-related needs.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist lifeguards and other pool staff as needed.
• Handle minor guest concerns and escalate major issues to management.
• Maintain poolside supplies and equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations and follow safety protocols.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
• Lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain is a plus (not required).
