Job Summary and Qualifications Operate, maintain, repair and install all utility systems such as heating, ventilation, electricity, water, air conditioning, refrigeration and provide security functions throughout the building and grounds to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, staff and visitors. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all utility systems. Maintain high standards and appearance of physical plant and mechanical rooms. Act as resource person and fill in on‑call in supervisor’s absence. Qualifications Vocational/Technical School graduate or, in lieu of that, High School Diploma/GED with 3‑5 years of Power Plant, HVAC or maintenance related experience is required.
