What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure successful implementation of Workday's HCM solutions for clients
• Understand client business requirements and configure the Workday solution accordingly
• Assist clients in converting legacy data into Workday
• Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test integrations with third-party solutions
• Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior experience implementing Workday is a must
• Minimum of 7+ years implementing HCM solutions, with a focus on HCM Core, benefits, or recruiting
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
