Job Description: As a Printer/Copier Technician at Lone Star Copiers, Inc., you will be responsible for providing service and maintenance to printers and copiers at customer locations. You will receive on-the-job training and develop skills in diagnosing and repairing various printer/copier models. Your primary focus will be ensuring that customers' equipment is up and running efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on printers and copiers at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical issues
• Replace parts and components as needed to restore equipment to proper functioning
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional service
• Assist with equipment installations and setup when necessary
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, repairs, and service updates

Qualifications:

• Valid and clean driver’s license (required for travel to customer locations)
• A valid passport (for any potential travel requirements)
• Interest in learning about printer/copier repair and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in tech support or mechanical repair is a plus but not required
