Production Assistant
Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As a Production Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting various production initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Assistant

What's the Job? - Track and monitor current orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, verifying accuracy and handling logistics as needed.
- Produce simple product samples and oversee the sample approval process, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Communicate job priorities to the production team to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Contact customers based on job status and priorities to provide updates and support.
What's Needed? - Ability to quickly assess and resolve challenges in production, order tracking, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in order tracking systems, inventory software, and communication tools.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for order tracking and documentation.
- Preferred: Knowledge of sewing techniques and equipment operation.
