Position Title: Production Operator

Wage: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, Weekend

Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Thurs); 3:30pm-2:00am (Mon-Thurs); 5:00am-5:30pm (Fri-Sun)

Production Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Draw – Run 2–3 machines; strong math skills; Must have prior machine operator experience.
- Weld – Operate machines that weld metal into tubes.
- Anneal – Heat-treat tubing.
- Manual & Auto Grinding – Shape and finish stainless steel tubing.
- Shipping – Fast-paced; physical work. Prior metal shipping experience preferred.

Production Operator Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to read, measure, and pass a 9-question math assessment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines.
- Reliable, teamwork-oriented, and ready to grow.

Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $19–$22/hr. DOE.
- Shift Differentials: +$0.75/hr. for 2nd Shift, +$2/hr. for Weekend Shift.
