Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.)

As a Professional Land Surveyor, you'll take the lead on boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys that anchor some of the region's most visible projects - while enjoying the backing of a firm that values stability, respect, and long-term careers.

What You'll Do

• Lead and resolve complex boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys with full authority.
• Review title documents, identify encumbrances, and prepare plats and legal descriptions.
• Guide Survey Crew Chiefs and review field data to ensure precision.
• Draft deliverables in AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with Missouri and Illinois standards.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, contractors, legal counsel, and municipalities.

What You Bring

• Current P.L.S. license in Missouri and/or Illinois.
• 5+ years of boundary/ALTA experience.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and deep understanding of legal boundary principles.
• A client-focused approach to problem-solving.
