Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of HVAC systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Manage HVAC installation projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee the scheduling of work and allocation of resources on construction sites.
  • Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to HVAC technicians and apprentices.
  • Utilize software tools such as ProCore for project management and HeavyBid for construction estimating.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of proven experience in HVAC Project Management or a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software
  • Familiarity with construction estimating processes and project scheduling methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
