Project/Product Analyst (Global Architecture) Location Seattle, WA he Architecture & Innovation team at lululemon is responsible for driving technology strategies, innovations and architectures that support every aspect of our global business. We work in a highly matrixed environment alongside business & technology leaders, and guidance to delivery teams to collaboratively develop and deliver strategic plans, roadmaps & solutioning that unlock lululemon's strategic goals and outcomes. a day in the life
• Collaborate with Architects/users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Create a product roadmap & partner with cross-functional teams in the delivery of roadmap features & capabilities.
• Manage day to day operations, configuration & continuous improvement of the applications used by Architecture teams.
• Deliver reporting & data visualization solutions via Power Bl and/or other solutions.
• Performs functional solution and design with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain.
• Has a strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios.
• Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various stakeholder groups.
• Provides technical oversight and guides teams to resolve technical issues.
• Supports one or more complex business processes.
• Serves as a team member, sometimes as a technical analyst and systems administrator. • Cross functional support on solving complex technical problems.
• Drives partnership with fellow team members to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment to new solutions.
qualifications • Possess understanding of product management in context of software development practices and life cycles.
• Strong Project/Program Management skills including management of scope, schedule, risks & issues.
• Experience with systems/application implementation & supporting day to day operations.
• 5+years of work experience in information technology with solid experience working on enterprise architecture and innovation management tools & systems, including Power Bl or other reporting tools.
• Prior experience supporting Enterprise Architecture and/or Innovation Management software applications preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of delivering and supporting complex systems with hands-on experience ranging from designing and architecting, building for scale and testing for performance & quality. • Developing and implementing test plans & remediation activities.
• Possess strong team player skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative problem solver possessing the ability to measure and improve products and processes. • Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and during critical production issues. must haves
