We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to help manage and enhance our brand’s public image. You will play a key role in supporting the PR team’s efforts in executing press releases, media relations, event planning, and more. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about building positive relationships with the media and the public.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and newsletters.
• Coordinate with media outlets and assist with maintaining relationships with journalists.
• Organize and support events, including press conferences, media briefings, and corporate events.
• Monitor and report on media coverage and industry trends.
• Maintain press contacts database and ensure the PR materials are updated and accurate.
• Support the PR team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of media relations and public relations best practices.
