Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Store Development: Oversee site selection and development of new stores.Conduct market research and site evaluations.Negotiate agreements to align with company strategic goals.
  • Site Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market data to identify potential store locations.Assess the commercial viability of sites.Establish and update criteria for site selection.
  • Store Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for store expansion in target markets.Monitor market trends and adjust expansion plans accordingly.
  • Project Management:Lead real estate development projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.Maintain positive relationships with government entities, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Contract Management and Business Negotiation:Manage contract modifications and conduct business negotiations.Coordinate with various departments for successful store openings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and landlords.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate development or a related field, with a preference for retail industry experience.
  • Strong data analysis and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; project management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of major shopping centers and business districts in the United States.
