Receiving Associate Needed in SW Omaha, NE!

Shift:

9am-7pm Saturday and Sunday

Schedule will go to 7pm-7am 7 day a week after Thanksgiving

Pay $17/hr

Summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
• Document and record received items in the inventory management system promptly and accurately.
• Communicate discrepancies in shipments or damaged goods to the purchasing department without delay.
• Organize and store received items in the designated warehouse locations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the receiving area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming deliveries.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and help maintain accurate stock levels.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a warehouse or receiving role preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with various departments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a warehouse setting
