What Will You Be Doing?

• Posting jobs using our Applicant Tracking System
• Using various online platforms to source candidates
• Conducting and documenting phone screens and interviews
• Fully utilizing our applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates, creating and maintaining candidate profiles
• Generating offer letters
• Providing excellent customer service to both job seekers and colleagues
• Generating reports from our ATS on recruitment activity
• Handling inquiries from clinics on various recruitment topics such as personality assessments, job posting, and offer letter creation

As The Successful Candidate, You Have

• Post-secondary education with a business focus
• 2-5 years of experience as a junior recruiter or recruitment coordinator
• Comfortable conducting phone screens and interviews
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite, Zoom, and MS Teams
• A team player with a commitment to the success of the business and colleagues
• 2-5 years of recruiting experience
• Field-specific recruitment experience (e.g., Oil and Gas)
