Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly connected individual to join us as an Ambassador for Cervantes Estate. In this distinguished role, you will organize and host exclusive wine dinners at private residences and high-end venues within your network, showcasing our wines to a refined and discerning audience. This position offers the opportunity to enhance brand visibility and drive sales while working to achieve ambitious sales objectives. Qualifications • Strong passion for wine and food (extensive wine knowledge is not required but a plus). • Active involvement in affluent social circles, with the ability to host events in private residences or exclusive venues. • Charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury sales, or event planning is highly desirable. • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple events each month. • Access to reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed. Responsibilities • Represent the Cervantes Estate brand and values within affluent social circles. • Plan three wine dinners each month in major cities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. • Generate a minimum of $10,000 in wine sales per dinner through storytelling, tastings, and relationship-building. • Leverage your personal and professional network to secure event locations and attract guests. • Collaborate with the winery team to design event themes, pairings, and educational experiences. • Maintain and grow relationships with clients, driving repeat business and wine club memberships. • Provide monthly reports detailing event performance and guest feedback. • Attend events on behalf of the winery in locations near your base. Compensation Package Commission-based: 25% on all wine sales generated at events.
