Overview:

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)!

• Answering a high amount of inbound calls from new and current clients - selling Medicare products through the specified carrier
• Assisting customers with selecting a plan
• Answering customer questions
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Keeping records confidential

Important To Note:

• This is a captive position (Definition: captive insurance agents are contracted to work for one insurance company and can only sell that company's policies)
• This is a seasonal role with Teleperformance supporting Humana until 12/7.
• Candidates are required to complete the application link - provided below. There is an assessment they have to pass for now. Make sure to stress the importance of it. Typing test and basic problem-solving skills.

Location:

• Work From Home
• Nationwide (NOT Including CA, HI, OR, WA, WA D.C., AK, NC, or Fort Lauderdale Florida and Port St Lucie)

License (Required):

• Active “Health Insurance License” (Must have their resident license in the state they are currently living in)
• AHIP will be provided to the candidates in training (AHIP stands for America's Health Insurance Plans, a national trade organization created in 2013 by merging the American Association of Health Plans (AAHP) and the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA).)

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work full time. (40 hours a week, 5 days a week).
• Willing to work in the office in the El Paso, TX Teleperformance branch
• Open availability between hours of operation is required
• Quiet & Professional Workplace
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer Knowledge/Skills

Type:

• Direct Hire for Seasonal position ending on 12/7/24!

Training:

• 5 weeks long in duration (8 am-4:30 pm M-F MST)

Pay:

• $21.50/hr set pay rate
• Bonus Pay: All Agents will be eligible for ‘performance-based’ bonuses at .50/ hour

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 40 Hour Work Week Within Hours Of Operation (See hours of operation below)
• Opportunities to work overtime in the peak weeks of AEP

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday, 7am - 7 MST (need open availability between HOOPS)
