Restaurant Franchise Business Consultant – Chicago, IL

Salary: $135,000 per year + Bonus and Comprehensive Benefits

We are seeking an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader to join our team as a Restaurant Franchise Business Consultant . In this role, you will provide strategic support and consultation to franchisees, ensuring optimal sales and profitability. As the key liaison for franchise owners, you will communicate and implement operational, training, and process improvements to uphold brand standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Education and training normally associated with the acquisition of a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, restaurant management or equivalent.
• At least five years' experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager of complex, high volume restaurants in the casual or family dining segment of the restaurant industry. Buffet experience a plus.
• Successful completion of a company management training program, including practice management.
• Position requires a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and ability to pass a background test and drug screening.
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory 75-80% of the time.
