Are you looking for a meaningful career in a one-of-a-kind retail environment? We are seeking a Retail Associate to join a long-established, retail store in Fargo, ND.

• Schedule: Full-time
• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Compensation: Starting at $15/hour , with excellent health benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service
• Guide customers through the sales process and help them locate specific merchandise
• Develop a thorough knowledge of products on the sales floor
• Restock shelves and ensure the store is clean and organized
• Unpack boxes and manage inventory storage
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere

About the Role:
The store specializes in retail items and also items for Christian denominations, offering a unique opportunity to connect with customers in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working with others, and have a passion for customer service.
