Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G and LTE/VoLTE technology.
• Experience in design & optimization of 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks.
• Understanding of 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters.
• Experience with Model Tuning.
• Knowledge of Python scripting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• 7-10 years of experience in radio frequency engineering
• Ability to analyze broken trends
• Ability to audit 4G and 5G networks and implement corrections
• Ability to analyze and optimize a cluster of sites
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Event monitoring and reporting
• Site monitoring to identify and address degraded KPIs
• Drive-data analysis
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
