The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management:
o Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
o Assist with office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
o Ensure the office environment is clean and welcoming.
* Administrative Support:
o Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
o Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
o Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
o Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Data Entry and Record Keeping:
o Input and update data into company systems accurately.
o Maintain and organize electronic and physical files and records.
o Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Customer Service:
o Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
o Address basic inquiries and redirect to appropriate staff when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
* Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus but not required.
