The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. This role involves ensuring optimal system performance, managing user access, implementing customizations, and providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. Please note: this is an on-site role.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce settings, including user management, security, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce automation processes, such as Process Builder and Flows.
- Manage and maintain data integrity, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing.
- Monitor Salesforce performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and deploy Salesforce changes using change sets or other deployment tools.
User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving Salesforce-related issues and answering questions.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for business users.
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures.
System Maintenance and Optimization:
- Perform regular system audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce apps and integrations.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve business processes.
- Assist in the development of data-driven solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with end-users and provide clear and concise instructions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flows.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce advanced admin certification is a plus.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 / year
