Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr Responsibilities Agile Delivery Facilitation. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Guide multiple Scrum teams/pods in Agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery cadence. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and accountability across teams. Project Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement. Coordinate across multiple pods and cross-functional teams development, QA, UX, business analysts, etc., to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and priorities. Track and manage dependencies, risks and impediments across teams and escalate as needed. Reporting and Metrics. Maintain and share sprint metrics, velocity trends and delivery KPIs with leadership and stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and progress reports at program and portfolio levels. Support release planning and roadmap alignment with product owners and program managers. Continuous Improvement. Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve Agile maturity and team performance. Mentor team members and promote Agile principles across the organization. Required Qualifications 8 to 10 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles. Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple Scrum teams/pods. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and delivery models. Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally or Azure DevOps. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP or SAFe certifications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the insurance domain or other regulated industries. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud projects (AEM, Analytics, Target).
