Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Iselin, NJ Job Type: Contract Max Pay Rate: $74/hr About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies, coach teams on best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic, large-scale projects. This role will support multiple cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agile delivery , Scrum facilitation , and enterprise-level project execution within complex environments. Key Responsibilities Guide and coach multiple teams in Scrum and Agile principles , ensuring adherence to frameworks. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog. Remove impediments and foster an environment of accountability and innovation. Track and communicate progress through velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reports. Ensure alignment of team goals with organizational strategy and compliance requirements. Act as a change agent for Agile transformation across the organization. Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced delivery outcomes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead . Proven experience managing large, cross-functional Agile initiatives . Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). <> Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) , PMI-ACP , or SAFe certification preferred. Experience working in financial services, technology, or enterprise environments . Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.). Demonstrated ability to drive Agile maturity across distributed teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr TalentBridge
