What You'll Do:
- Manage Communication: You'll be responsible for sending and receiving messages across various platforms, ensuring that all communication is clear, accurate, and timely.
- Relay Information: You'll help keep everyone informed by passing important updates between security personnel and clients.
- Make Quick Decisions: In critical moments, you'll use your judgment to make quick decisions that help maintain safety and keep operations running smoothly.
- Record Keeping: You'll maintain accurate logs of messages, incidents, and other important information, ensuring that everything is documented properly.
- Shift Work: You'll commit to 10-hour shifts, working efficiently and staying focused throughout your shift, even during nights, weekends, and holidays.
What We're Looking For:
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to make fast, sound decisions, particularly in time-sensitive situations.
- A reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Comfortable working long hours and sitting for extended periods during your shift.
- Bonus Experience:
- Experience in a security, dispatch, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with different communication platforms.
