NiCE Compliance is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Professional Services team.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple clientfacing delivery engagements either directly or with other Business analysts from initiation to closure.
• Elicit client requirements and translate them into our solutions.
• Preparation of documentation and artifacts like BRD, FSD, traceability matrix, etc.
• Coordination with different internal teams and stakeholders across all regions.

Qualifications

• Have you got what it takes?
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or relevant role.
• Experience of working multiple concurrent IT/software projects of varied complexity utilizing crossfunctional teams in multiple locations.
• Presentation skills able to prepare and present our solutions to our clients.
• Ability to build good relationships with the clients and understand their business needs and priority.
• Experience working on projects in a globally distributed organization is essential.
• Experience working on projects within Financial Services / Capital Markets or Investment Banking is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders.
• Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams.
• Experience with Database query tools, Linux, and editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and software development tools.
• Knowledge of financial markets compliance, regulations, and solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience delivering documentation based on SDLC methodology.
