Description

The Judge Group is currently in search of a Senior Delphi Developer for a large healthcare company in Brentwood, TN.

Position Summary:
• Technical design and development using Delphi
• Work with the PM/BA to understand the business requirements and document functional specifications
• Technical design and technical specifications documentation
• Code development, code review, unit testing and release documentation
• Work with QA/SCM team for code builds, releases, test case design and defect resolution
• Assist with quality assurance tasks, including test data preparation, defect root cause analysis
• Work with Team Lead/Project Manager for planning, estimation, documentation and status reporting
• Any other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables
• Production support

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years experience in the design and development of Delphi applications in an enterprise IT environment
• Highly skilled in client server design and coding
• Experience in developing applications with heavy transactions volume preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and T-SQL
• Proficiency in Windows Server System architecture required
• Experience with IIS setup and configuration desired
• Experience with ReportBuilder desired
• Healthcare industry or clinical IT system experience is highly desired
