*What Youll Do*

* Analyze client needs, identify legal solutions, and develop case strategies
* Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
* Prepare correspondence, negotiate settlements, and attend mediation
* Represent clients at hearings and trials with confidence and skill
* Supervise paralegals and assistants, maintain time records, and review billing
