Humana is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, and works to drive on-time and on-budget projects. The Senior Project Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial in a fast-paced, matrix organization. + Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project.
+ Monitors progress and performance against the project plan
+ Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
+ Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project.
+ Prepares designs and work specifications.
+ Develops project schedules, budgets and forecasts, selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
+ Communicates with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
+ Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project.
+ Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
+ Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
+ Influences department's strategy.
+ Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
+ Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Five (5) years of experience managing business projects.
+ Two (2) years of experience in Health Plan Operations, Healthcare, or Long-Term Care business systems.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with Wisconsin Health Plan Operations, Healthcare, or Long-Term Care business systems.
+ Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification.
+ Experience working with IT professionals.
**Additional Information**
+ **Workstyle:** Home. Home workstyle is defined as remote but will use Humana/iCare office space on an as needed basis for collaboration and other face-to-face needs.
+ **Travel** : May require coming into Humana's WI Market office locations on occasion.
+ **Typical Work Days/Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST).
**WAH Internet Requirements**
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
+ Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 - $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
