Sr. Team Lead - Direct Hire - Lancaster 
$45K-$52K depending on experience
Sunday: 10:00am until 8:30pm
Monday through Thurs. 3:00pm until 11:30pm
Manpower is assisting a well-known company local to the Lancaster area in hiring a bilingual Sr. Team Lead on second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the productivity of your team members, sharing numbers daily and coaching underperformers. The right candidate MUST have a background in ecommerce, 3PL industries.
Additional duties include:
Auditing the quality of work performed by your team members and giving feedback, as necessary.  
Onboarding and training new hires.  
Listening to feedback and resolving issues from your team, escalating, as necessary.  
Monitors the performance of the group and individuals ensure that established goals are met.
Notifies Supervisor of any problems including, but not limited to out-of-stock items, performance issues, etc.
Provides training for specific and/or job specific tasks. May also perform any job in the picking/packing area, as necessary.
Acts as a liaison for communication between supervisor and other employees.
Adheres to and champions corporate safety and quality procedures and policies.
Acts on behalf of the Supervisor, within limits of authority, in his/her absence and/or as assigned.
Ensures that all order missing components are accounted for accurately.
Ensures all orders are appropriately placed at the end of a day or shift.
