*We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US.* ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology driven department, seeking a Senior UX Designer. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies. Our services focus on enabling agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics platforms. We are partnered with some of the world’s leading and most innovative companies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft and UiPath. We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers. We are currently seeking to hire a Senior UX Designer to support our cloud application development project with the USDA Forest Service. What you’ll be doing: + Support and facilitate requirements gathering and communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and establish key design tenets to be included in?products + Plan and implement new user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user needs + Conduct design reviews of existing systems and applications + Work with customers to shape future state user journeys + Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps + Translate requirements into style guides, design patterns, and easy-to-use interfaces + Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to ensure design elements are incorporated into development sprints + Work with UX researchers to conduct usability and concept testing prior to implementation What you must have: + 4+ years’ of UX design experience primarily in Adobe XD + 3+ years’ experience in business analysis preferably with Application Modernization/Digital transformation + Must be able to obtain a Public Trust per federal contract requirements What we’d like you to have: + Working knowledge of a data modeling tool + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Strong time management skills with the ability to work multiple parallel projects at once + Agile/Scrum Master Certification + Good working knowledge of the Scaled Agile methodology. + Experience in Modernizing applications + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. + Bachelor’s degree Working at ICF Working at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day.
