Baltimore-area based Boat Dealer/Marina has opening for a Service Writer/Advisor – this is a full-time, permanent position, (some overtime during boating season) with no off-season layoff. The SA/W will perform write-up of repairs & service orders while ensuring timely and accurate completion. The role will maintain a working relationship with Techs, Sales Consultants and Parts Personnel. Experience with boats, marine parts/motors is not mandatory, Our client would consider other industries such as Auto, RV's, Mobile Homes, anything that deals with service and scheduling. Experience in customer service, direct customer contact and scheduling is imperative. Well-versed computer skills is essential, along with a professional demeanor and effective communication/written/verbal skills.
