Qualifications
Must have Sheet Metal experience for HVAC
Requires the ability to communicate effectively
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching
Responsibilities
Supervises: Metal Shop Employees and Delivery Drivers
Manage the metal shop team to ensure metal ductwork is efficiently produced as required by our internal and external customers
Ensure quality meets SMACNA standards and the company expectations
Oversee the internal production and logistic schedules as well as manage the material flow throughout the shop
Organize raw materials and other necessary items
Maintain a production and delivery schedule to communicate order status
Lead monthly safety meetings and training sessions
