Remedy is thrilled to be working with a local Victor, New York company with an urgent need for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for working in our warehouse in Victor, NY. We're a close-knit, small unit within Unybrands that is laser focused on serving our customers and building our brand.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Direct Hire)
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent / Direct Hire
Hours : First shift Monday – Friday (7am-3:30pm)
Location: Victor, New York
Pay: $ 18-20/hour
Benefits : TBD

Essential job duties for this role will include:

• Pick and pack orders for direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment. Fulfill orders through multiple platforms including Shipstation, Shopify, wholesale, Amazon, Chewy.com, Walmart, Etsy, etc.

• Create shipping labels and shipments using UPS and FedEx software.
• Handle LTL shipping, including paperwork and loading trucks.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
• Operate a forklift.
• Conduct inventory counts and use ERP software to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform goods receipt for deliveries, including inventory, system entry, and storage.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer and order issues.
• Coordinate with the Planning Manager to complete or prepare shipments in advance.
• Pack production items when time allows.
• Maintain the warehouse’s physical condition: inspect equipment, ensure organization, uphold sanitation standards, and optimize storage.

Professional Skills and Requirements

• Must love dogs! :)
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk or Coordinator
• Use ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, ShipStation, etc.) and other WMS inventory and shipping systems.
• Skilled in communication and managing processes.
• Self-motivated attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy!
• Creative and persistent problem solver
• Ability to work in a fast pace working environment.
• Physically able to lift to 50 pounds and work on your feet for an extended period of time.

We’re looking for a Shipping and Receiving professional with the following background profile/skillset:

• Warehouse experience
• Equipment maintenance
• Forklift experience.
