Custom metal fabrication firm seeking a motivated, self driven, skilled metal craftsperson to join our team, located in Wareham, MA. We are seeking individuals with a skilled hand and a keen eye as our projects are often high-end detailed pieces such as sculptures, stairs, railing systems, fireplace surrounds, lighting, range hoods, furniture and miscellaneous architectural details.

The candidate is expected to be able to read prints, effectively analyze builds, set up and operate saws, milling machines and lathes, as well as be able to tig (heliarc) weld.

An understanding of metal finishing is a necessary component. Strong machining skills are also a plus. A knowledge and ability to execute all aspects of a project is key to this position.

Compensation is based upon experience. Benefits include paid time off and employer contributed health insurance. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a CORI background check are requirements for this Monday through Thursday, 7:30am-6pm, four day work week position.

Hourly wage is based on experience ranging from $22.00 to $32.00 per hour. Pay rate adjustments are potential after a determined probation period.
