What You’ll Do

As the go-to Smartsheet authority , you’ll architect, administer, and continuously refine an advanced Smartsheet ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with project and business leaders to deliver visibility, automation, and actionable insight at every level.

Your expertise will drive:

• System Architecture & Design – Build and maintain Blueprints, Metadata Sheets, Intake & Plan Sheets
• Advanced Administration – Manage and optimize Control Center , Dynamic View , Bridge , and Data Mesh integrations
• Insightful Visualization – Create intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers that tell compelling performance stories
• Workflow Optimization – Partner with PMs to align Smartsheet processes to strategic objectives
• Governance & Support – Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user training and best practices

What You Bring

• Proven success as a Smartsheet Administrator, Developer, or Advanced Power User
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet Advance features (Control Center, Bridge, Dynamic View, Data Mesh)
• Strong ability to design scalable dashboards, automated workflows, and data models
• Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting project-based, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Points For

• Smartsheet Certifications (Admin, Core, or Solution Builder)
• Integration experience with Power BI, Jira, Salesforce , or similar systems
• Background in process automation, PMO support, or data visualization
