Social Media and Graphic Design Summer Intern

Bee Street is a celebrity & influencer marketing agency creating high-impact, custom mailers and gifts for A-list celebrities and top-tier influencers. We blend art, design, and storytelling to bring brands to life through gifting experiences. We're hiring a Creative Intern to support our social media content and design efforts.
DESCRIPTION
As a Creative Intern at Bee Street, you'll work directly with our Head of Creative to develop beautiful, on-brand content and help bring high-concept mailers to life for some of the most exciting brands in beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle. *This is an unpaid part time internship - must be able to receive school credit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design:
Assist with the creation of graphic designs for digital and print materials (e.g., social media graphics, banners, brochures, email campaigns, etc.).
Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
Support the production of layouts for marketing materials.
Help prepare files for printing or digital publication.
Conduct research on design trends and provide creative input to design projects.
Edit and retouch photos or images as needed.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
Handle other design-related tasks as required.
Social Media:
Curate content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and followership.
Generate engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
Provide insights and recommendations based on emerging trends and industry developments. Additional:
Research and identify potential influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
Support in outreach efforts and communication with influencers for collaboration opportunities. Help coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
Assist in mailings (inventory boxes and inclusions, work on project builds, arrange messengers)
Working alongside the Bee Street team on day-to-day projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, Graphic Design or related field.
Available Monday & Wednesday, 10am - 6pm. We would like candidates to come into our office located in West Hollywood, CA
Fluency in the digital, social and influencer landscapes
Fluency in Microsoft suite programs
Creativity and a love for social media
Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Familiar with prepping files for print and placing artwork in templates
Understands how to craft compelling, elevated social media content
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This is a part-time internship opportunity located in West Hollywood, with in-office presence required two times a week (Monday and Wednesday).
School credit available for eligible candidates. Please inquire with your academic institution for credit requirements and approval procedures
