Social Media Associate

Hello! We’re seeking a talented Social Media Associate to join the Jubilee team. You have a passion for Social Media and an enthusiasm for creating highly engaging content. You are obsessed with improving engagement KPIs on social media platforms. You understand how to translate digital media content into strong social assets. This person will also have a holistic understanding of the Jubilee and nectar brands and missions.

What You'll Do:

• Pitch creative ideas and lead various design projects using current brand guidelines
• Design & create new digital graphics for Jubilee & nectar’s YouTube, Instagram, etc using Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
• Design static posts for social platforms & conduct data-driven analysis to drive audience engagement
• Update & organize Jubilee & nectar’s content calendar 
• Schedule & post all social media content 
• Respond to comments & manage social media inboxes 
• Build social media plans for the Brand Partnerships team
• Work closely with Creative Strategist to identify ways to increase engagement & growth on social platforms
• Consistently contribute to ideation around how Jubilee & nectar can inspire our audience to participate 
• Develop ways in which we can optimize the way we organize our digital assets
• Occasionally visit set to gather social media assets

Who You Are:

• 2+ year of experience in graphic design
• 1+ year of experience in a social media or content creation space
• A highly organized individual who thrives on process improvement
• A data-driven mindset when it comes to audience engagement & growth
• Strong understanding of organic social media strategies and best practices
• Someone with a strong understanding of visual elements (typography, layout, etc.)
• You have solid knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• A creative problem solver with great attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and efficiently manage your time and projects
• Bonus points if you know After Effects & Premiere

**PLEASE NOTE: Jubilee has a hybrid work culture and we are currently working in-office 3 days at work with 2 days a week of remote work. As such, all candidates must be on-site in El Segundo 3 days a week and thus based near the office or willing to relocate.**
