Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Content Creator to help us capture the story behind Signs By G — our projects, our people, our culture, and all the moments in between.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment, loves experimenting with new content styles, and naturally thinks in terms of visuals, storytelling, and trends.

You’ll have freedom, support, and room to play.

We’re open to fresh ideas, viral formats, fun experiments, and new ways to show our world.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content daily for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Film behind-the-scenes footage in the shop, at installs, and around the office
• Edit both short-form and long-form video content
• Capture photos that highlight our craftsmanship, team culture, and brand story
• Help plan content calendars, campaigns, and creative themes
• Keep up with trends, viral content styles, and platform algorithms
• Collaborate with leadership to bring ideas to life
• Bring positive energy and creativity to the workplace

Who We’re Looking For

• Creative, curious, expressive personality
• Strong storytelling instincts
• Comfortable filming in a busy production shop
• Excited about branding, culture, and behind-the-scenes content

Requirements

• Must work in-house (this is not a remote role)
• Strong video editing skills
• Familiarity with TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts, and modern content formats
• Organized and able to meet consistent posting goals
