Job Description

Our client, a top Streaming Company, is looking for a Social Advertising Manager to join their team. This will be a 6 month contract and hybrid.

Responsibilities include managing the creative agency, coordinating asset routing, providing feedback to internal teams (Project Management duties), analyzing social metrics (experience with social reporting tools like ListenFirst or NetBase is ideal), and collaborating with various departments including PR, Creative, and Strategy.

Ideal candidates should have prior experience in Social Management within a streaming company or studio and possess strong social media skills, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. Candidates should also be comfortable interacting with Talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple social marketing campaigns, including community management, creative execution, and strategic planning.
• Supervise external agencies to ensure the delivery of outstanding social media campaigns that encompass creative production and audience engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, engaging with Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Brand Marketing, and Research.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with talent, their representatives, and studio partners, serving as the primary contact for social-related deliverables to talent.
• Work with talent to create compelling social content.
• Drive both organic and paid social content strategies to encourage engaging conversations and generate earned media for Originals shows.
• Regularly analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with a team of social media marketers to achieve and maintain high standards of excellence.
