As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients' social media presence, from strategy development to content creation and community management.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies for our clients, in line with their overall marketing goals and objectives- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements- Engage with followers and foster a strong sense of community through timely and relevant responses to comments and messages- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all social media content is aligned with the brand's tone and messaging- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations for incorporating new platforms and tactics into our strategies- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand the reach of our clients' social media presence- Stay informed about our clients' industries and competitors to identify new opportunities for social media growth and engagement.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven experience in creating engaging and effective social media content- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Strong project management skills and attention to detail- Familiarity with video marketing and production is a plus.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
