This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team where your work directly powers communities with renewable energy —and your growth matters just as much as the projects you build. What You’ll Do Install and seal roof attachments, racking systems, electronics, and solar panels. Ensure every project meets high standards of quality and safety. Read and interpret installation plans and manuals. Support and mentor entry-level installers. Troubleshoot minor installation issues and maintain organized job sites. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teammates to deliver top-quality work. What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of residential solar or electrical installation experience. Strong understanding of racking, inverters, and wiring. Ability to read drawings and work safely at heights. Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
