Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential support in a K-12 educational setting. The position involves working on-site in a vibrant community, serving students across a range of grade levels from elementary through high school. The role is designed to accommodate both a part-time (20 hours per week) and a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week), offering flexibility to fit different professional needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to students with diverse communication needs in a K-12 school environment.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct evaluations and monitor student progress to ensure effective intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation following professional and legal standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current in best practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid professional license for Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to manage both elementary and high school caseloads effectively.

• On-site position based in Boerne, TX.
