\nJOB SUMMARY:\nThe Senior Application Engineer is responsible for implementation, development, and support of a combination of custom & vendor business applications used in Universal’s revenue operations (food & beverage, retail). This role will engage with business stakeholders to document business requirements, system specifications, business processes and solution recommendations. Will be responsible for designing new features, developing customizations/reports/integrations, supporting & enhancing existing interfaces. This will include application extensions, customizations, system configurations, and application testing efforts while working in conjunction with the broader team to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
\nThis role requires in-depth knowledge of the system configuration, software development, and application architecture to support all ongoing enhancements of the POS software applications, food & retail management applications, reporting, and system integrations. This includes managing various technical aspects of the POS system specifications, including technical architecture and integrations with other applications.
