Fast growing start up international pharma company with US Operations located in Bergen County is looking for a strong Sr. Financial Analyst to be responsible for market research and analysis to generate insights and recommendations for commercial strategy. The position will manage operational processes to onboard Specialty Pharma Data. Will be able to analyze large amounts of data and information to discover and articulate trends and patterns. MUST HAVE ADVANCED DATA MODELING AND ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES to drive strategic decisions. Must have 3+ years of analysis experience within market research, consulting, pharma or the managed care industry. Experience in Specialty Pharma & Distributor data is a plus! MUST have strong experience in PowerBI or Tableau systems. Will also participate in other areas of the FP& A department as well, but heavy data analysis experience in the Pharma space is the key to this role. The company offers a VERY competitive salary in the $170-220K range plus bonus depending on experience. The company operates on a HYBRID work schedule with lots of flexibility to work from home as well.
