My name is Natalee and I am the owner of Empowerfit. I am a fellow passionate trainer, but I am looking for some help with the class load. To tell you a bit about Empowerfit, we started this year and are a colorful and inclusive group training facility with a large space and variety of equipment. I am looking for someone who has is an NCAA accredited personal training certification, strength training experience, and a love for group fitness! Must be able to get out of your shell and interact with members! Must also be knowledgeable of movement regressions and progressions. If someone is new and they are only feeling the RDL in their back, you must be familiar with helpful cues to help them learn! Empowerfit is a gym for everyone, and I need someone who can help teach people when you are coaching class alone (once trained!)
Part time position, but I need more consistent help coaching our 6am, 9am, 12pm, 5:30pm, and 6:45pm classes. Classes are circuit style, with a schedule that alternates between strength focused workouts (barbell deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and endurance focused workouts (rowing, boxing, etc.)
