Job requirements:
- American university degree or above, native language is English, good reading and writing skills;
- Experience in study abroad consultant is preferred;
- Be familiar with the policy of studying abroad in Europe, especially in the United States, college information, cultural history, etc., and be familiar with university rankings, professional information and admission requirements;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, good professionalism, proactive work, and strong communication skills in Chinese and English. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consulting the study abroad projects. The application countries are mainly the United States, but also the United Kingdom and other countries;
- Understand customers' needs for studying abroad and provide professional and comprehensive information about overseas universities and majors, and design practical and feasible study programs for customers;
- Evaluate and answer the application materials for studying abroad, guide the preparation and completion of the application for studying abroad and the materials and documents of the visa for studying abroad;
- Keep abreast of students' interests, hobbies, personality, academic expertise and other aspects, effectively formulate plans for studying abroad, take charge of and guide students' extracurricular activities, and make all-round preparations for their further study;
- Track and manage the whole process of students' application for studying abroad to ensure the smooth progress of students' application for studying abroad;
- Actively follow up and contact customers, effectively communicate, solve customer problems, and carefully make relevant records to maintain customer relationship and satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues in English.
Working hours:
Double break, 8-hour working day, flexible one-hour commute;
Compensation and welfare
- The company provides contracted customers without sales, promotion and telemarketing;
- 14 salaries a year, and performance pay is paid every six months;
- Monthly salary: 18K-25K, annual salary: 250000-350000 yuan; Plus business commission;
