We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent/Foreman to join our vibrant team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position that requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations on our construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

As a Superintendent/Foreman, you will:

1. Oversee and manage all plumbing operations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the plumbing team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
3. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met.
4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure that all plumbing work is integrated seamlessly into the overall project.
5. Ensure that all plumbing work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may occur during the construction process.
8. Provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders on the status of plumbing work.
9. Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained properly and are in good working condition.
10. Foster a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Plumbing Superintendent/Foreman, you must:

1. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a superintendent or foreman role within the construction industry, with a specific focus on commercial plumbing or HVAC or electrical.
