The Sushi Lead Cook at Wegmans is responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, leading and training a team of prep and line cooks, and ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation. The role requires at least two years of cooking experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of relevant products, with shifts that may start as early as 5 am.
