The Position:
Pool Scouts is a company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all of its employees. Pool Scouts is looking for a Part -time with the possibility of full-time, high-quality Repair Specialist with a natural "can do" work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude and PROVEN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE in the field. Experience in replacing and repairing pumps, filter systems, heaters, salt cells, PVC plumbing, pool lights, as well as programming automation systems. Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. In order to be considered for this position we REQUIRE a min. of 2 years of applicable experience in the swimming pool service-repair industry.

Requirements:
- We do REQUIRE someone with at least 2 years of experience in successfully completing pool repairs around the equipment pad area.
- Possess a willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license if you do not currently have one.
- Be able to perform the following: change out pumps/filter systems/heaters/plumbing/lights and light electrical issues at the customer's homes. Able to create repair schedules and follow up with clients in ordering parts and completing repairs.
- Great opportunity for growth and management advancement. A bonus structure is available.
- Must be available to work 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential Saturday work.
- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions (a valid driver's license is required). Able to professionally drive our company vehicle.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work (located in the Franklin area).
- Ability to work outdoors in variable temperature conditions.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High proficiency with instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing within our APP.
- No smoking or vaping in or around our company vehicles or on job sites.
