This role focuses on supporting a critical project involving the migration of end-user devices to Intune. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring seamless device enrollment and troubleshooting to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities Manage the enrollment of Windows laptops into Intune, ensuring a zero-touch deployment process for end users. Oversee the onboarding and configuration of MacOS devices into Intune, addressing technical challenges as they arise. Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve Intune-related issues and provide training for independent management post-contract. Optimize Intune configurations and implement best practices to enhance system performance and usability. Troubleshoot migration-related issues and support smooth device transitions. Assist with deploying tools and software within the Intune environment. Ensure device compliance and proper configuration for global initiatives. Provide technical guidance based on prior migration experience. Support the rollout of new laptops for end-user deployment. Document processes and configurations to maintain clarity and consistency. Requirements Proven experience with Windows Intune and device management. Expertise in Windows OS and MacOS environments. Strong troubleshooting skills for device migration and configuration. Ability to train and support help desk teams. Familiarity with zero-touch deployment methodologies. Experience with large-scale device enrollment projects. Knowledge of software deployment within Intune. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
