Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter , you will:
✅ Identify and engage top technical talent through various sourcing methods, including cold calling, social media, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
✅ Maintain a structured and organized workflow , effectively managing candidate pipelines and recruitment tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
✅ Evaluate candidate profiles, matching their skills and experience to both immediate job openings and future hiring needs.
✅ Build trust-based relationships by clearly outlining expectations, processes, and best practices to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
✅ Provide a professional and consultative approach to both clients and candidates, positioning Vertex as a trusted recruitment partner .
✅ Uphold high standards of professionalism and courtesy , ensuring all candidates receive a top-tier experience , regardless of immediate job availability.
